What clawd.run is
- ◆clawd.run hosts AI agents on dedicated cloud machines with messaging-channel integrations and managed inference.
- ◆The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise an uptime SLA.
Accounts
Your responsibilities
- ◆Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- ◆You are responsible for what your agents do, including messages they send and actions they take.
- ◆You are responsible for the channel credentials (Discord, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp and others) you connect to the service.
Billing
Subscriptions and included usage
- ◆Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe.
- ◆You can cancel anytime by emailing privacy@clawd.run. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- ◆We do not refund partial periods.
- ◆Included inference is capped per plan and does not roll over between periods.
Acceptable use
What your agents may not do
- ◆No illegal content, abuse, spam, or attacks on other systems.
- ◆We may suspend agents that violate this policy, with or without notice where warranted.
Data
Your files are yours
- ◆SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md and your other agent files are yours and exportable at any time.
- ◆How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
Ending the service
- ◆Either party may terminate at any time.
- ◆When your subscription ends, your machine and its volume are deleted. Export your files before the end of your paid period; they are always downloadable from the dashboard while your plan is active.
Changes
Updates to these terms
- ◆We may update these terms from time to time.
- ◆Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
