What ships with every plan
Hermes from Nous Research and OpenClaw. Both agents, one dashboard, one $10 monthly subscription. The included active hours are shared across your agents.
Connect an available provider account, or use the included pooled inference credit. Your provider decides which models and allowances your account can use, and may charge separately.
Provider sign-ins are saved with your agent state across sleep and restart. You may need to reconnect when a provider session expires or you revoke access.
Idle machines sleep automatically. Sleeping time does not use your active-hour allowance. Background work counts while the machine is awake; wake timing varies.

The practical details
Subscription is flat: $29 for Hermes or OpenClaw, $49 for both. If you connect your own provider account (BYOK), your token usage stays with that provider. If you use our key, spend is hard-capped by plan.
Active hours are running time per billing cycle: 40 on Hermes or OpenClaw, 80 shared on Both. Sleeping or stopped time does not count. Background work counts while the machine is awake, even if you close the tab.
At the hour limit, new launches and workspace access are blocked until renewal. Pooled inference also stops at your plan's included credit cap. Your own provider has separate costs and limits; connecting one does not reset used hours. There are no automatic overage charges for these included allowances.
Yes. Email privacy@clawd.run to cancel, as described in our terms. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded. Export important files first, since cancellation can delete hosted workspaces.
Your workspace keeps files across sleep and restart, and offers an archive download. Workspace access requires authentication and an active plan. Stripe handles payment details. Model requests go to your selected provider, whose data policies also apply. Read our privacy and security pages before connecting sensitive accounts.
Hermes and OpenClaw are agents, not models. Available provider connections include Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini, plus supported OpenRouter models. Model access, rate limits, and any provider charges depend on your connected account. The subscription does not include every provider's paid plan.
No. Agent checkout starts a paid monthly subscription. Computer access has a separate waitlist on our homepage, with no charge to join. Joining that list does not start a subscription or unlock paid agents.
