Credits and billing

Hours, pooled inference, chat credits, and wallet dollars are separate balances in this version.

The prices do not match across the site

The homepage advertises $10/month for 60 active hours and a five-hour free trial with no card. The pricing page instead lists Hermes and OpenClaw at $29/month each, or Both at $49/month. These offers are not reconciled in this version.

The current agent dashboard uses LaunchPad. Its plan definitions specify the allowances below. These are code-defined plans, not verification of a live Stripe price. Review the offer and amount in checkout; contact support if they disagree.

LaunchPad: compute hours and inference

The agent dashboard shows active hours and remaining pooled inference in dollars. The usage job checks running workspaces. Within a tick it uses the largest active-time delta across the workspaces, rather than adding every agent's time together. Suspended Fly machines are not accrued as active time.

For pooled-provider users, reaching the hour cap stops workspaces and sets a hard-stop flag. The usage job skips stopping the machines when it detects a connected provider subscription or a saved BYOK key. However, hour tracking still sets the hard-stop flag at the cap, and the launch endpoint rejects that flag. Your own provider does not guarantee that you can reopen an agent after the hour cap.

Pooled inference has a separate OpenRouter limit. Exhaustion can stop workspaces even when compute hours remain. A saved BYOK key can bypass the launch endpoint's inference-exhausted check, but the usage job still checks the pooled key. Do not treat BYOK as a guarantee of uninterrupted operation after that pool is exhausted.

The subscription activation and renewal handlers reset LaunchPad hours and the stored pooled allowance. The displayed cycle dates are calculated from the handler's current date to one calendar month later, rather than copied from Stripe's service-period timestamps.

Older web chat: integer credits

The older web chat route requires at least one credit before a request. It calculates the deduction as the model's token-cost estimate × 100 × 2, rounded up, with a minimum of one credit. That is a 2× cost multiplier, not a fixed number of credits per model. The dedicated sandbox path estimates tokens; the free-provider path uses returned usage when available.

Main-plan checkout and renewal events set creditsRemaining to that plan's credit allowance. This is a reset, not carry-over. It is separate from LaunchPad's pooled dollars and from the dollar wallet. Do not assume the same number is spendable in all three systems.

Proxy wallet: dollars and a 40% markup

The proxy wallet calculates a token cost using its model price table, then adds 40%. For example, a $0.10 calculated provider cost becomes a $0.14 wallet charge. A legacy credit balance is converted at $0.01 per credit only when a wallet balance is absent.

The wallet gate rejects a balance below -$0.50. It does not reserve the full estimated cost before each request, and charges occur after usage, so this is not a guaranteed zero-balance stop.

Wallet top-up checkout accepts $5, $10, $25, $50, or $100. The checkout code calculates bonuses of 5%, 10%, and 15% for the last three amounts. However, this version's payment webhook has no matching wallet top-up crediting branch. A completed checkout must not be treated as proof that wallet funds were added.

Cancellation and renewal

The main subscription cancellation route requests cancellation at the end of the billing period. Sleeping an agent is a compute control and does not cancel billing. LaunchPad cancellation events clear its plan and attempt to remove its workspaces and pooled key; this is not a promise that the hosted workspace remains available after cancellation.

A billing portal endpoint exists for main-account Stripe customers. LaunchPad stores billing details separately, so access through that portal is not guaranteed for a LaunchPad-only account. Contact support if you cannot locate the subscription you intend to manage.
